MARY ANN

INTAKE PARALEGAL

Mary Ann was born in the ‘heart’ of Georgia and has been a paralegal with Mr. Moody for over 27 years. She is a gym enthusiast, loves to shop, enjoys spending time with her family, and escapes to the beach every chance she gets.

JOANNA FAULK

PARALEGAL

Joanna has an extensive background in administration, which she has built upon since transitioning to the legal field in 2017. She joined Moody Law, P.C. in January 2022 after gaining knowledge and experience as a Legal Assistant at  another law firm. In her spare time she enjoys discovering new coffee shops, seeking out animals  spending as much time outdoors as possible and.

COLLEEN MCCLINTIC

DISCOVERY PARALEGAL

Colleen joined Moody law as a Discovery Paralegal after serving after 30 years with the Houston county clerk of superior court, 16 which she served as Deputy Clerck. She continues now to work part time as a bailiff in Houston county. Colleen enjoys the day to day interactions with our clients and brings a positive attitude daily. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family.

TAMARA MOODY

MANAGER

Tamara is the heart and soul of Moody Law. She and Trey have been married over 36 years and have 3 boys and 3 grandchildren that she loves to spend time with. She loves Crossfit, wine and spending time with her family at the beach.

COURTNEY MARTIN

CASE MANAGER

Courtney has served in many roles since joining the Moody Law team in 2018, including intake, litigation paralegal, UM/UIM paralegal, and more. Currently, she is the firm’s Case Manager, contributing her expertise and exceptional skills to all files handled at Moody Law, P.C. Since joining the firm, Courtney has obtained an associates degree in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Middle Georgia State University. She is an active member of Houston Lake Presbyterian Church, an avid reader, and loves to spend time with her family.

LADONNA JOHNSON

PARALEGAL

Ladonna obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Armstrong State University and her Master of Science in Administration of Justice in Security from University of Phoenix.  She has worked in the legal field as a paralegal since 1994.  She has one son and enjoys visiting museums and historic places, listening to live music, attending theatre, and traveling.

DESIREE WHEELER

RECEPTIONIST

Desiree has lived in the Middle Georgia area since 1982. Hailing from a military family, she spent several years abroad before settling in Houston County to raise her family. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones and riding Harley Davidsons in her spare time.

LAYLA CAMPOS

PARALEGAL

Layla brings several years of experience working in the insurance industry prior to joining the team at Moody Law, P.C. The newest member of the team, she is dedicated to learning all aspects of litigation and has enjoyed the challenges and excitement that advocacy brings. In her spare time, Layla likes to read, sing, and spends time with her dogs and cat.
